WBG-SERIES

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 
The WBG-Series is a water reducible alkyd paint designed direct application to cold rolled steel. The paint must be cured by heating and will not dry up in the spray equipment. The properly cured film has excellent hardness, abrasion resistance and is flexible for post forming. Uses-office furniture, drum coating and automotive parts.

FEATURES: 
The material can be applied by conventional spray or electrostatic spray on properly insulated equipment. The product is provided ready to use or may be reduced with water as necessary.

CURE SCHEDULE:
The paint can be cured at various conditions (ie. 15 min at 285 to 3000 F or 5 min. at 325 to 3500 F).
